Free Delivery

In order to express gratitude to our faithful customers’ support, we will give a free delivery for orders from the UK, EU and US at the moment. Regarding orders from other countries and areas, you can see the shipping cost in the checkout page after you select your country.

Discreet Shipping:

All orders will be packaged in a normal, discreet brown box without any sensitive contents.

Customs Duties:

We have warehouses in the UK, the United States and the Czech public, so there is no customs duty if you are in the European Union, the UK or the United States. For orders from countries and regions outside UK, EU and US, we will not be responsible for customs duties.

Delivery Time

Order will be despatched 1-2 working days after we receive your payment. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (Free Shipping7-10 Business Days & Expedited Shipping 4-7 Business Days) you select. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1 working days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and deliverable.  The time we spend to confirm and correct your address will not be calculated into the time frame.

Order Tracking:

The tracking number will be updated in our system. If you do not receive updates in time, you can contact@wildolo.com via email to get your order information updated. If you do not receive a reply, please check whether you have added our customer service email (contact@wildolo.com) to the whitelist.

We will choose the most suitable shipping method according to the warehouse location, your country and the properties of the goods

We do not support tracking orders directly on our website. Please email contact@wildolo.com with the email you used to place your order to track the tracking number. We will reply to you within a working day.

Warning:

Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse it cannot be cancelled. In this case cancelled orders will be refunded for the cost of the goods minus shipping cost to redirect the package back to the warehouse.
